We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, our return policy makes it simple.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final Sale items and custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • We reserve the right to refuse worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.

Redo Returns Coverage

At checkout, customers may purchase Redo Free Return & Exchange Coverage:

  • If Redo coverage was purchased: Return shipping is covered and no restocking fee applies.

  • If Redo coverage was not purchased: The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee.

  • Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days. U.S. customers can request an exchange directly through our return portal.

  • For international customers, direct exchanges are not available, eligible returns will be refunded or credited once received.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
