Return Policy

To process a return, please access our customer portal.

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Due to regulations, items must be in unused and unwashed condition with original packaging. U.S. customers may request an exchange or return items for store credit up to 14 days from the purchase date. If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange along with final sale items which include “final sale” in the product name. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For International customers, we do not provide direct exchanges. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. 

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to our Customer Service team at Info@risescrubs.com within 14 Days. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
