Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options within the USA:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate $9.95 -Takes 3-7 days to arrive after it’s been shipped
- Express Shipping: Flat rate $19.00- Takes 1-3 days to arrive after it’s been shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Damaged Goods
We take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and shipped in excellent condition. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot guarantee the condition of the items upon delivery. If your order arrives with visible damage, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items as the carrier may require them for inspection. We recommend documenting the damage with photographs as soon as the package is received.
